Taco Bell / KFC

The AUDACITY this Taco Bell had is insane. Why do you serve your customers like this? Is rock hard food what you call customer service? Why when I called and asked to speak to a manager I was asked why and hung up on immediately. I call back and let the “manager” Faith (probably a fake name given to me) know my experience and asked to be refunded. Nothing done of course never coming to this location again and will be reporting both the fake manager and the establishment for poor practices and customer service. Sean the CEO will love and be tagged in my twitter post. Chicken so hard you can tell I’m squeezing it, it’s a rock. I guess we just pay for no tomatoes now.

Food was good, but we're very busy and took a very long time. There was no ketchup out front and brought the dish up for them to fill. Took a while to fill it but still didn't get my food yet. There was a girl that was working on sides that was obnoxious and talking a little smack because the cook was busy and short with her ( he was not rude just not friendly, but he was trying to get food out) We just waited a very long time for chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich and some side dishes. Oh and one taco bell thing, I can't remember what my son got. The food was hot when we finally got it. But there was no ice out front so had to go back up for ice. It was just a little aggravating waiting for probably over 10 minutes to even order (bring generous here was probably longer but didn't time

Every single time I order a supreme meal, and PAY for a supreme meal, I never get the supreme meal. I always receive plain tacos. Getting wicked annoying. Do you not know your own menu items?

Honestly love KFC and Taco bell. I go to the one in Brewer, Maine. I got the chicken pot pie and some nachos the last time and noticed the chicken pot pie was half full. I filled out the online complaint form, got a coupon ( which was nice but not requested) went there today ( about a month later) and once again the chicken pot pie is half full. Guess I won't be going there for my chicken pie any longer. ( note, picture doesn't really show it we'll but it is half full, at best)
