Taco Bell / KFC

I have a fake name for this account, but I just wanted to say this taco bell is horrible. I told the lady 4 times that I wanted nacho fries, and a grilled cheese burrito with JUST steak, rice, and cheese. I get my order and after I walk out to the car I look in the bag to find plain unseasoned fries. I walked back inside and told them about the problem and all the guy worker did was hand me a small container of cheesy powder which I could barely mix onto the fries and they did not remake them or fix the fries. Another thing, the burrito was wrong. There was tortilla chip things inside which I cannot have because they make me sick. The lady who took my order acted like she was listening to me the 4 times I said what I wanted and even repeated my order to me twice and STILL got it wrong. Wh

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in existence. Never tried the KFC side, but seeing as how I can taste it in the Taco Bell food I'm guessing it is also awful. It has not been good here for at least 4 years. Don't understand how this place is still open. They tried to hand me a bag through the window that was Dripping with grease, dripping from the bottom of the bag a visible pool of Grease in the bag. Luckily I saw it before it reached my car window or that would have been everywhere. The supposed manager was the one trying to hand it to me. He was most definitely on something. I want to go through all the details of the rambling and nonsense that he was speaking to me through the window while apologizing about the drippy bag, but he should not be working in that condition. Usually the service here is pretty decent. With the occasional missing items. Tonight we waited almost 30 min for our food. After being told to pull up and wait.. everything appeared to be in the bag. We were missing 2 things. No big deal. I thought they were in the bag and they weren't. Get home with the food. And its a 10 min drive. And everything was soggy in the wrappers. So soggy that the tortillas were stuck to the wrapper. And ripping apart. Had to throw food away. Called the store and the gentleman told me he packed my bag and nothing was missing. And then wanted to argue that my food wasn't soggy. No one offered any type of apology or anyway to make it right just wanted to argue. This is the most inconsistent fast food place around. One day its good, next your missing half your m

Well ordered my food today at the Taco Bell and went to get it and they don’t have any sauce. No mild No hot nothing but the fire. So if you understand Taco Bell the sauce matters. So I told them they should not sell the food with out letting the customers know they don’t have anything only sauces. I think it’s a scam to get your money to sell something and you not get what you paid for. At least tell them so we can decide to eat there or not. The food is not the best and you need the sauce just to make up for it. Don’t waste your money there not worth the time

I usually get the cheesy double beef burrito because they’re big and filling from the value menu when I opened the bag I thought it was half sized looking for my other two I didn’t see them. I have 2 which equals to one. The chips they use isn’t even in it. So disappointed. :(
