this is the second time i have gotten black, rotten looking food from here. i am furious, i bit into one of them. not to mention the night staff acts so stupid, they can’t even cut a quesadilla right. idk if it’s a joke to them, but it’s pretty annoying when they cut it so obnoxiously that a whole “slice” is just tortilla. this store should be closed if they can’t throw out rotten food or cut a damn quesadilla

My food was cold waited almost 30 minutes for it. When I finally went to ask where my food was not one knew what happened. Or at least I was not told. My food had been cold not my order. Did not get all my food but was charged for it even after the very long wait. They apologized but did not remake my food. My tacos were soggy had to use fork because the grease got to the bottom. I was first one to order and the last one to get my food. Very disrespectful customer yelling and being rude to staff. Lady and her friends should of been kicked out due to her disrespect and attitude. Rude because you use the kiosk and no one takes your order anymore. She should talk to management or higher ups at taco bell. Employees don't make these rules and yelling at the staff is uncalled for. The manager sh

How many times do customers have to complain about a manger before she gets let go? LOOKING OVER these reviews its terrible management, its not a joke. They do not care about others, the food is probably also powered water. I can't believe they have the female manager there able to treat others as such. I am sure she is so unhappy she had to treat others like she does. If tacobell does not care about how there workers treat customers we should not be going! Also if the food is not quality! The Night Shift MANAGER harassed both of my door dashers. I only ordered a few items and they made my first dasher wait in a 20 minute drive through TWICE for my food then refused to give it to her. She even tried to make up a story about the driver to make her seem in the wrong. The second driver was sent specifically by door dash for having a nearly perfect record and they tried to refuse him as well. I didn't get my food until it was made over an hour ago and getting very cold. NONE OF IT WAS DOOR DASHERS FAULTS. -1/10 would not recommend. Taco Bell should honestly report the manager and refund our order.

I recommend never go to the 7th St., Taco Bell restaurant ever we ordered a meal told him exactly what we wanted. We go and pick it up. It is not the way we wanted it. We said this is not the way we wanted it. They refused to remake it. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been at do not ever go to 7th St., Taco Bell by Walmart in Joplin, Missouri.
