the cashier couldn't process a gift card, and after i said i'd order through the app instead and come back they gave a mean look. this is what i got after ordering. thanks taco bell 🔔

Specifically said no lettuce even says no lettuce on the receipt got all the way home. It had lettuce all over it. Called over there and talked to the manager Alex. They said there was nothing he could do. We could drive all the way back there, but that was it. They couldn’t give us a refund or anything.

I visited this Taco Bell and placed an order, but the lady at the front desk missed some of my instructions and left out a few items. When I asked her about it, she started shouting, behaving rudely, and showing a very bad attitude. Instead of accepting her mistake or apologizing, she dismissed me by saying, “Okay, bye, have a good night.” Another lady also came over, and she behaved the same way. For a moment, I honestly wondered if they even cared about treating customers with basic respect. The branch office or head office needs to know about this, because these employees should not be working in customer service. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to for food and service. For truck drivers, this will be an easy place to park. The parking here is massive. Several big trucks can park outside of Taco Bell and place your order on the app or simply go inside. I used the app, and my order was done rather fast. I did like most of what I ate. I didn't like the Mexican pizza. The beans or beef had an odd taste to it. I couldn't finish it. Overall all the employees were all kind and all the customers were happy. Payment here will be in the form of cash or payment. If you use the app, you will be rewarded with points. Enough points can get you free meals. It's convenient for truck drivers. Right off the interstate, you can easily find this taco bell.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the intercom in the drive thru, any question I asked she didn’t know an answer to.. food got shoved into one bag, soggy bag on the bottom and ripped open.. got home and I was missing some items from the $9 box, and did not have any lettuce tomato or sour cream on my skimpy tacos!! Beyond mad, not returning there ever again!!
