Taco Bell

Staff was friendly but performance was mediocre at best. There wasn’t any other customer here but me. I was a little worried when food came out so fast. Burnt chicken nuggets, Mexican pizza is literally smashed inside the box for no reason so all the toppings are mated to the lid, ordered a chicken crunch wrap and got beef. Only Taco Bell page I’ve seen tbh with this many stock photos and not real photos from customer’s.

Ordered door dash from here, my dasher waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes for my order. When I got my food (the Catalina bowl replaced with steak and no sour cream). It came with very little steak, and also had no cheese and no beans. I also thought the portion looked significantly smaller than I've gotten it at other taco bells so I pushed all the food to one half the bowl and it didnt even come up to the ridge where the lid meets.

My daughter and I get Taco Bell often. It’s usually okay. Tonight the food was excellent! Probably the most fresh and tasty we’ve had living in indianola the last 11 years. 🙌

Waited for 15 minutes at counter, employee stated it would be faster to use KIOSk. Waited for another 30 minutes still no food. Worst service from Taco Bell ever. If I can get someone to wait on me I’m getting my money back.

Ordered online. Got to the restaurant and everything was cool except when I came home with items I didn’t order and was missing something I did order? Told my power bowl was ‘definitely in the bag’ because the cashier remembered putting it in there. Told the only ‘extra’ that was in the bag was a quesadilla? Here’s my pictures of my order VS what I actually received. They gave me a different power bowl when they told me they were out of chicken and rice, WHICH THEY HAD MENTIONED WHEN THEY GAVE ME MY BEANS/RICE. Why wasn’t it mentioned when they ‘definitely put it in the bag’ for my power bowl? Didn’t appreciate being called a liar. Also didn’t get any spoons/sporks but I don’t care about that.
