Taco Bell

I opened the meal as soon as I left the drive through. It was on its side in the bag. The guy that took my money was very pleasant. The girl that handed me my order said nothing. I said thank you twice. She said nothing. Big girl she was, maybe felt bad

I know this Taco Bell has a bad rep, but this is my favorite Taco Bell in the area. The employees have always been super nice when I actually go in the physical location. I mostly DoorDash my orders and they still typically do a good job never stingy.! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I ordered a #5 with extra cheese and beef. The girl kept talking over me and obviously didn’t get the extra items, when I got to the window to pay I told the lady and she added the extra items and charged us. I got the order nothing but beans and sour cream on it. I called that manager and he told me I ordered them with no beef or cheese. He got irritated and started raising his voice and stated I was the problem. I hung up. Do Not Order Anything Extra You will get charged with no product. Then manager will act like you are the Karen.

Four items that were on my order And they didn’t even put them in my bag. I asked for a large drink and they gave me the smallest cup ever. Gave me like 3 packs of sauce when we asked for a lil of all the sauce packets not just mild sauce. Horrible service

I love Toco Bell don't get me wrong. But they say their hours are 7am to 2am BUT we went there n waited for someone to say something through the order menu around 12am and no one answered us. They are lying or just lazy. Can't trust them no more.
