Worst location ever!!!! I swear If it wasn’t late, I would drive back and get a refund. This is supposed to be a crunch wrap supreme combo order. They did not send the drink. All tortilla, barely any meat. Rushed and thrown together smh this was poorly made. Waste of money, never again. The food was absolutely disgusting!

Very disappointed with tonight’s service. Customer service could’ve been way better. I will be calling corporate also won’t be choosing this location anymore. Should’ve went to the Rocky Hill location instead. Place was also messy so that was another turn off. Guys do better, seriously.

As a Taco Bell addict, I’ve been going to this Taco Bell nearly weekly(and sometimes 3-4 times a week before it was time to eat more healthy) since 2021 when I moved to WeHa. This Taco Bell’s portions are amazing. I got the new 3 cheese quesadilla tonight, great quality. The staff are amazing, friendly, and they help me as soon as I walk to the pick up counter, and if not then as a former fast food worker I understand it’s because they are a busy high volume store. The lobby and bathrooms are clean. Also, compared to other TBs in CT the prices are better. I spent a few months in Waterbury last year and hopefully this Taco Bell stays away from Waterbury prices haha. NEVER had food missing, or made wrong, orders are correct. While I’m no longer a late night person, this Taco Bell stays open

Currently in a line of cars, it’s 2am and it has not moved in over 20 min! This is ridiculous and the hours should be changed if they can’t serve food at a decent rate here. Never coming back due to this incident!

This is soooo disgusting. I should have just asked for my money back. Drink fountain only had Pepsi nothing else was working. I asked for a large cup instead only got medium because they ran out. Paid for extra sour cream and guac on my food and didn’t even get it. Had to go back to the counter, stood standing there for a few minutes, and had to yell at a guy that was there in order for him to acknowledge me so I can ask for it. And then looked at me with an attitude. And it wasn’t even busy at the restaurant. I wasn’t able to even eat my food, there was some black stuff on it like if they haven’t cleaned the grill in days. I do not recommend anybody to go to this restaurant for it is disgusting. How could people work and eat there? That’s a say, but I hope this please shut down. I can’t
