Taco Bell

I eat here a few times a year. The service has never been great and the food is always hit and miss. Something in your order is always messed up. Over cooked missing something. The lady in the drive thru today was nice. But the food was very bad. I ordered a beef chalupa. It was over $5 with tax for just one! Very little beef or cheese. Mostly lettuce and tomato. The shell was so stale it was hard to chew. Like it was cooked hours ago. This location just can't get it's act together. Don't waist your time or money. And don't go in unless you want to do all the work of ringing up your own order and then waiting 20 min just to get you drink cup.

They only get 1 star because the food was hot. From a service perspective they are in the negative. I ordered the Mexican pizza and taco supreme combo at the kiosk for dine-in because I saw a lady standing at the register and nobody would even make eye contact with her. Got my food, no utensils in the usual spot. Asked for some was told they were out. It's 12:05! How the heck you run out of utensils? I said y'all should probably post a sign letting people know you're out, how am I suppose to eat this (pizza)? The response I got was 'that's not my problem'. Went to fill up my drink, the tea on their menu was not even an option at the dispenser so I decided to try what they had. It came out nearly clear, I tasted it and it was like the mix was empty. My Wi-Fi start by this location on our way through town. We found the dining area to be a newer design and nicer than a lot of Taco Bell‘s We have visited previously. The staff was very polite, and our food was made promptly. However, the shells were hard and dry, the food felt warm, not hot. The fillings in each dish seemed lacking. We were the first customers of the day for lunch and the dining room was empty. My only thought is maybe the soft shell containers were not closed tightly from the day before. As this has been my only visit to this location, I will try it again. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

I've tried to go thru the drive thru a few times but they do weird stuff. I think they try to manipulate the clock somehow. Or the appearance of cars at the menu/ordering. It's never really busy but I always wind up waiting. Tonight I finally just drove off and when I passed the windows the ladies looked like they were having a heart to heart while holding up the walls. And the previous time I was asked to wait a minute before ordering. Not as if they were busy but rather that they could have taken my order but just didn't want me to at that moment.

SLOWEST. DRIVE. THRU. EVER. Waited in drive through for 45minutes with 5 cars ahead of me. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker before i was greeted. After I said I had an online order (i already paid for) they had me pull around to the front to wait another 17 minutes to bring my food out to me. Several employees were socializing in the lobby. Got home with my order. It was wrong, missing items, and the crunchy tacos completely crushed. One was not even in a wrapper! If i could give negative stars i would. This was a Tuesday night too. They are playing with the drive thru timer system. They are not taking your order until the car in front of you is gone, then they give you your drinks super fast and ask you to pull around. Then take they take the next order. Ridiculous!
