Taco Bell

This particular Taco Bell here in Freeland is by far one of the best fast food restaurants. I've walked into in a long time. The people were super friendly. And very helpful, the employees that work at this particular taco bell should be the standard of all employees.Thank you for setting that bar

Ordered online for mobile pickup. They must have made it super quick after I ordered because I didn't take long to get there and food was already getting cold when I started eating it like 10 minutes after grabbing my food. Wasn't too impressed with the chalupa. The beef burrito I ordered was great though. They forgot to include the mild sauce I put on my order in the box though. Seems like a decent fast food place though, so I'll give it 4 stars.

The crispy chicken taco thing was so skimpy. Hardly any chicken and the cheese on the out side was on one side and not much. Have had way better at other taco bells

There is an A.I that takes the order which personally gave us a very weird vibe. We asked for a cheesy roll up and never got it, the sauce was punctured and leaking on the bottom of the bag, and we got charged for extra for sauce we didn't want.

This is the hands down best Taco Bell I've ever experienced!! Courtney, Seth, and Tiana just gave me service I've never experienced at chain restaurant ever!!! Not only were they prompt and professional, but all 3 of them made sure my order was perfect which was the most delicious food I have had in 40yrs of going to Taco Bell and I was the last customer of the night!! The ownership and management team actually care about my experience because even though I was the last order of the night it made me feel like I was thefirst order!! Thank you for making my night!! In a crazy world of divide we live in your team came together to make me feel like I was special and I thank you and your team for that!!
