GM is definitely the Man for the job title he carries. The evening shift lead is somewhat short of customer service in terms of polite and cheerlful communication. Not that he did anything wrong. I inquired about my birthday freebie being unavailable at this location. I figured to see some willingness to bring forth that * Happy 😁 Birthday Freebie Vibe" for my dine in experience. Instead i ead my impression of the even shifting í too annoyed and busy to bother with the needy younger sibling. I still have no clue why i couldn't redeem my free Baja blast frozen drink. Size medium. At this el rodeo location the drink was available. So were the cups. Nut +kikj(;6t

I ordered a burrito supreme without tomatoes and then a burrito supreme with tomatoes and I ordered one without hot sauce and I ordered the other one with mild sauce. The order was completely wrong they added mild sauce to both they added tomatoes to both it was ridiculous we got home and it was like oh God we can't go all the way back to town. Prices aren't cheap anywhere these days. When you go out to eat fast food, you expect the food order to be correct. Since we live so far out of town we couldn't go back to get a refund or a redo. So we literally play the high price and discarded our food.

As far as Taco Bell goes it's a pretty good one, quick service and everyone was nice.

Been to a lot of taco bells across the country. This one is by far the worst I've been to. As I checked my order and employee assured me that it was all there. It was all there but it wasn't right. Both steak quesadillas had chicken that honestly wouldn't bother me but it tasted like old tuna. Couldn't even stand a second bite.

These past few times we noticed the food was off. This very last time we ate there and my whole fanily got food poisioning! The food os discusting! Will definitely never be eating there again! Find some other fast food you will regret it after you ate there nasty food.
