Cinnamon twist and orange freeze drink was good but why are my Cinnabon delights crunchy?

This LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! As seen in previous reviews, my food was just as bad. My crunchy wrap was thin and made wrong! I paid for extra chipotle sauce, I didn’t get it with my order. The employee that answered the phone told me the manager isn’t around. Then he decided to go back and forth with me about the order telling me he made it right. If you made it right I wouldn’t be calling my daughter has an allergy. I was so unsatisfied with the customer service and food. Also, the food had so much burnt crumbs all over it. I trashed the food and it was a waste of money, but I’m not about to risk my child heath. Never coming here again !!!! ( Very unsatisfied )

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been before. The food was disgusting, service was right, but they gave me two quesadillas overcooked, a taco that looked so bad, no way I paid almost $20 for that.

Every time I come to this location my order is always messed up. Tonight I ordered 5 tacos with extra cheese and sour cream and they didn’t even put sour cream on them. I had to go back around and get 2 sides of sour cream because the young lady who looked geeked out of her mind apparently can’t hear properly. Worse location ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here
