I had a really good experience at this Taco Bell location. From the moment I walked in, the service was efficient and welcoming. The staff were friendly, patient, and very helpful while taking my order, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. My order was prepared quickly, and the tacos were fresh, warm, and well assembled. The ingredients tasted fresh, especially the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese, and everything was balanced nicely without being messy. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, which always adds to the overall experience. I also appreciated how attentive the team was, checking in to make sure everything was okay. Terrible service by this lady right here!!! Made about 10 cars wait in drive thru lane for 15 min and more without any communication! Drive up to the window to see what was going on and she turned her back toward me.

3rd time coming here and they put a couple shreds of cheese on the taco. Run out of sauce. The cheese situation is annoying because these tacos are $2. Service since May has been terrible. I have decided to stop coming to this location.

I went inside and ordered all of my items off the kiosk to make sure everything was correct so to start. I was missing my nachos and cheese then one of my bean burrito burritos was wrong. I don’t even know what kind of burrito I got then I paid extra to have sour cream on my Mexican pizza and there was no sour cream. The box was smashed to the top of it so all my cheese and everything was stuck to the box. To pay this much money and you put the order in yourself, ensuring to have the order correct and it still is not is very disappointing
