Taco Bell

sept 17 at 3pm. 4 kids working. not busy at all. tables were filthy. orders a hard taco and chicken chalupa for dine in. gave them my nameand went and sat down waiting to hear my name called. a pick up bag is placed in the mobile pick up window and our order was for here so we didnt think it was ours bc it also wasnt on a tray. it sat. we waited. no one called my name, no one told us it was ours. mind you, no one is in the dining room and it was in a bag for a "for here" order. got up and my names on the bag. had to ask for a tray. food was obviously cold by now. 4 people and not one word telling us our order was ready.

We paid way to much for what we got. They scammed us with the amount of food in each taco. We decided to go back and get new food. When we got back, we found out that they scammed us again with little amount of food in each taco. Horrible. I can’t believe it.

Asked for an update, here it is, don't go there. Also, when you talk about your customers in the drive through you probably should keep it to yourselves instead of talking about them wasting your time.

Handicapped parking wheelchair access west side doors , short man trap style, online order mobile delivery through app , mobile self serve kiosk ,clean sanitary , hand sanitizer available no other obvious pandemic precautions ,( I think once your on the sidewalk you can technically use the single style front door but you can only get on/ off sidewalk from the rear west side and the east side has the drive thru . Food was fresh hot well prepared I got a chicken bean quesadilla a 5 layer burrito and a couple of dollar menu burritos for a midnight snack .I did not find an active Wi-Fi connection .

Almost every drive-thru order is inaccurate, even when using the app. A few managers have spoken rudely when we asked for corrections. Quality of content varies widely at this location. Our latest order had a drip of meat on nachos bell grande and very little beans in bean burrito, for example. Other times items are stuffed full. In house seems better.
