Came in to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. The ordering kiosks makes it easy to customize your order. Was able to charge my cell phone while I was eating. Lobby was clean and warm. Food was ready fast. Employees seemed friendly. Customer service was on point. No complaints.

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 items that came to $10.32 I paid with a $20 she give me my .68 cents in change closed the window leaving me wondering if she was going to give me my $9 out of the rest of the $20 as she continued she closed the window, went and got my food. Gave it to me and thanked me and I asked her where's the rest of my change and she goes. Oh did I forget a dollar with me stating no you forgot $9. Seems like a scam system from these teenagers working there. Sorry but doesn't even deserve one star. Consider more honest staff. I've worked in food service half my life and I would never do that to someone. And no it's not an honest mistake she knew what she was doing.

Not a good experience tonight at our local Taco Bell. The cashier Bianca J (on the receipt) *has red hair* scoffed at us for having 17 $1 bills and 2 $5’s for a $27 Order. Upset she had to count out bills as the cashier. Then we get our order and one of our crispy chicken tacos had ONE baby nugget in the middle and a beef stacker when opened had less than a tablespoon of meat. It’s just disappointing all around with the full experience. Yea, it might be fast food and a $2.50 taco but we didn’t pay $2.50 to eat a taco shell and money is money. We didn’t show up with handfuls of change. It takes seconds to count 17 ones. Breathe. If you don’t want to work on New Year’s Eve then request it off ahead of time with your manager.

We have been there many times and the last four times we have had our order completely messed up or multiple food items missing that we clearly paid for. We don’t seem to be getting what we paid for the last four times. If someone has allergies this could be very dangerous never mind the fact we have felt robbed because we spend a lot of money for something we didn’t get or didn’t order.
