Great food! Great customer service food with me quickly. It was hot and fresh. I have no complaints to make whatsoever about the place

Was driving through the area and stopped to eat on 2/12/26. Customer service was great and the place was clean. Will be back since I visit the area frequently.

I went through the drive thru. I was told that I couldn't get what I wanted because I would need to order online. What kind of customer service is that? I was at the physical location of the business, but was told to go online. How absurd. I had to order something else. The order taker talked so fast that I couldn't understand what she was saying. I said "yes" because I was hungry and needed to eat something. When I got back to my office I had to through some of it away. What is this world coming to? There is such a total lack of customer service.

It was very well served and they were very gracious at doing some substitutes on the menu items for us. (This is the El Centro location)

I had an issue with an order over the app, came into the store and was instantly helped by the manager. Issue was resolved quickly and my food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Store was very clean and nice. Manager and staff were so kind and helpful, the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had!
