Taco Bell

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the crew that was working on Feb 28, 2026. They were awesome and our food was good. I have never had an interaction with employees at 11:30 at night that were genuinely happy, even though they were at work! Kudos to them!

The East Palatka Taco Bell is the best one I have ever been in! They’re friendly there and the tacos are well-stuffed, and I have NEVER encountered bad product at this location. They have always had excellent background music here to add to the atmosphere, and I am so thankful they added the original Tostada back to the menu (it’s December 2024 as I write this), and I’m hoping it stays :-)

#1 Taco Bell's food was good, and the atmosphere was clean. However, my order had mistakes - a 5-layer burrito with only steak I'll let that go but a poorly filled chicken quesadilla 🤦 could be better. Quick service and convenient location, but attention to detail is needed for a better experience. 🌯🤦‍♂️ Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

I decided to go inside to place my order instead of going through the drive through. That was a mistake! I was the only person in the dining room. I think they made all the orders from the drive through before mine. On the upside the food was good. UPDATE: I stopped here today hoping for better service than I received last time. I went through the drive through. When I got to the window the girl said it was six dollars even. I gave her the money and I asked for my receipt as she handed me my burrito. After I left, I looked at my receipt. Evidently the girl decided I was going to give a “round up donation.” I wasn’t asked if I would like to do that. That is stealing, and I will not patronize this location again.

I absolutely detest being forced to use a kiosk and have absolutely no interaction with staff. It is nearly impossible to get someone's attention when the order is wrong and it was clearly NOT the customer's doing, but staff not paying attention. Taco Bell is very close to being replaced with another facility.
