Taco Bell

I ordered an online order for drive thru pickup so my aunt could pick it up on her way home. She works twenty five minutes away and gets off at three. I ordered at exactly 2:56. She had to wait there for our food to be done for TWENTY MINUTES. In total fourty ish minutes they knew about the order. They were rude and snobby to her. They dumped our two nacho fries in the bottom of the bag and the sauces were not even standing up they leaked through the bag. As if they were just thrown in there. On top of sauces we got 0 out of the five mild sauces and didn’t even barely fill the guac that was A DOLLAR AND FIFTEEN CENTS! Never EVER have I been so upset . They couldn’t even fill the drinks for the ONLINE ORDER. They gave mt aunt the cups to fill them herself she didn’t even know what I had ord

East Freedom Taco Bell, y’all need to step it up. On my granny grave. Tell me why every single time I order a brisk mango fiesta, y’all have to water it down to the point I wanna yeet the whole drink out the window.. it is such a good drink, but everytime I order it y’all wanna hand me a cup full of WATER. THATS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. And I’m eating a crunch wrap rn that tastes like someone’s sick grandmother dry coughed into my mouth😭 and y’all never hit me back after my interview clearly you need the help smh

We were parked at the gas station truck parking next door and decided to come in got a quick bite to eat. The cashier who took our order was so so nice. Also encountered another worker who refilled our drinks (the soda machine was broken inside so they have to refill the drinks from behind the counter) and he was just as pleasant. We ordered our food and sat in the lobby to eat. I got a chicken cantina bowl add extra lettuce and a crunchy beef taco. My husband ordered a few chalupas and a few of those Meximelts. Idk meximelts just seem like the regular soft beef tacos already on menu just with the cheese melted, but my husband loved them and swears they’re delicious lol. Although I did love the service here I was disappointed in my bowl. It was a bit on the skimpy side. I asked for no pico

So we've went here multiple times and things seemed to go well but this recent time, I'm not sure who's parade was rained on, but dang did our order get all screwed up. We ordered beefy 5 layers and got beef melts instead The food wasn't wrapped really so everything was spilling out into the bag Then the food itself looked like a mess We got a dipping taco and 2 spicy potato soft tacos and this is how they turned out looking I didn't get a picture cause at that point I just say whatever cause I was hungry but the spicy potato taco, literally had maybe 4 chunks of little potatoes and a huge handful of lettuce and I had that spilling lettuce all over

This location has a nice small town feel. Our food was taking a little bit because of an error, but the staff was very friendly and apologetic and gave us a couple of cards for free tacos. We would stop here again.
