Taco Bell

This was the dirtiest taco bell I've been to.. The womans restroom was gross. Feces in the toilet and the walls were dirty. They have a sign that says they check the restroom every 30 minutes.🙄 The lobby was dirty too. Theres a tray on the floor. Tables werent wiped down, window haven't been cleaned.

Called in to ask a question about substitutes on there 5 dollar taco box immediately when my daughter called the store the manager jennifer abruptly harassed and threatened my daughter if this was a prank call, she would contact the police department as she has our phone number now as we were just asking a simple question rude manager and bulling over the phone I called jenifer and discussed our treatment by her. She admitted how she treated my daughter. Had to post this review for others to be aware of the management there are many other restaurants to go with your family highly recommend NOT GOING THERE her behavior scared my daughter unexpectable

I understand they have to make extra chalupa shells for when they get busy but when they let them sit under the warmer for longer then 5-10min the edges get to be like chewing on a herd leather so when I go there I usually ask for a fresh one and they get attitude about it almost every time but this particular time the guy told me he wouldnt cause "they were fresh" ok if you say there fresh and they are cool but when they say its fresh and you go to take a bite and you csnt chew it im gonna be bringing it back especially for the prices now days anyway. I love the chalupas when there not as though as leather and unless I ask for fresh shell they are to hard for me to chew and the service really sucks there if the customer asks for fresh and they dont mind waiting then make it fresh an

Great food, incredibly fast, and wonderful staff! Everyone was helpful and patient as it was my first time ordering off their new Cantina menu, and they made sure to double check everything with me! Cannot recommend this Taco Bell enough.

I went through the drive-through asked for lots of mild sauce and for two big burritos I got one packet of sauce. Were you just being nasty to me or what? Should I split that one packet of sauce with the person that’s eating the second burrito?
