Taco Bell

Both sodas warm, Pepsi flat, cinnamon twist basically crumbs, drive through worker showing his underwear forgot the drink in the first place and pulled a car at lunch time when we were the only car and didnt give the correct sauce that they clearly had time to think about. Shitty service overall.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible! The staff lacks urgency in what’s supposed to be fast food. It took me and my coworkers over 15 mins to receive our order when we were the only customers in at that time! Also I ordered two Cantina Chicken tacos and was given basically a shell…

The worse experience I’ve ever had. Never had such bad service. The Jojo and manger both disrespectful. I’ve really never seen such bad serve: walking in the lobby cussing at people and the manager allowing you to do so is insane. Corporate was called.. there was no need for the disrespect!!!!

Order is hardly ever right, Baja blast is usually out, one day I walked in amd instead of a "welcome" or " how can we help you" I recieved a quick " we are out of beef, tomatoes, and soda machine is down"

So. I am 40 and in the military so I have been to prob 100 different taco bells in my life. This place was the worse experience I have had. Went through the drive thru and ordered. It was quick....that's the end of the good comments. Drive away and taste our drinks...both are nasty. Mine has almost zero syrup and is water basically. Wife's is nothing but syrup so we drove around and go inside. I inform the lady that the syrus is running out in the drive thru one and I was going to fill up inside. She says I know and walks away. So basically she knows it's out and is giving it to people in the drivw thru anyway instead of informing them....we get new drinks and leave. Start driving and go to eat my expensive fancy chicken cantina burrito....problem no chicken....I get four big bites into it
