Taco Bell

This is the second time this happens. I got a Crunchwrap supreme and it literally has NO meat. It’s literally all just lettuce and tortilla!!

Me and my sister asked to make 2 separate orders and they make us wait till they help out a different car, which we understood but fast forward they proceed to charge BOTH orders on the SAME card and says “oh you wanted to pay for them separately?” sir that’s exactly why we asked for 2 different orders. All of that just to make us wait longer and my crunch wrap had no damn meat in it, and the tostada in it was soggy and my crunchy taco was soggy and a little cold, i literally think i got old food or they put wet lettuce in my food. weslaco Taco Bell has never and will never do me this dirty. I do not recommended this specific Taco Bell

i really loved the cashier who helped me out today . i believe her name might be Amanda she deserves a raise and the manager position if you ask me ! really great customer service!!

The dining area was designed VERY poorly acoustically. The dining area is extremely noisy and picks up all the kitchen noise and amplifies it. Some sort of sound deadening is needed.

This is the 2nd time I have issues..This time when I called to see if they could fix the error..I spoke to the manager..(he didn't even identify as the restaurant..he said hello and didn't say his name)I explained the error & I was confused because I didn't receive a reciept & don't know the menu since I don't work there)Then because he was"too busy"I was supposed to re-explain the situation to someone else(he didn't even tell me he was giving the phone to someone else..he just did it thinking I was stupid & would not notice)& neither one identified who they were ..it was rude & yes I got really upset that the manager on duty today on September 14, 2025 at approx 4pm thought my call was not important enough to continue the conversation... So u transfer to someone else like I'm a an annoyan
