Taco Bell

I stop by the Taco Bell near Tinker Air Force Base pretty often, and it’s always a great experience. The staff here are consistently friendly, upbeat, and quick to take care of you, even when the drive-thru line is long. The food always tastes fresh and made right — I’ve never had a messed-up order, which says a lot for how busy this location can get. The tacos and Crunchwraps are always warm, and everything comes out fast. You can tell the employees take pride in their work and in giving good customer service. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, both inside and outside, which makes it a nice spot to grab lunch or a late-night bite. Best service I’ve gotten from them was tonight!!(2/28/26) no line and both the gentleman that took my order and the lady at the window were very nice they seemed like they enjoy being there. Good food, good customer service!! And then I thought they forgot one of my chalupas, silly me, so I called to let them know…. He said ummm hold on…. Came back and asked “have you taken them out of the wrapping? Because they come as 2 wrapped together”!! 😂🤦‍♀️😭 ohmg no my bad… the fella on the phone was super nice even though I was wrong… way to go Taco Bell, you surpassed the quality of customer service I was expecting.

I come almost every single day. Not only for the food but for the people!! they know my order for both lunch and breakfast! Totally treat me like family and are super personable! Ria is my absolute fave. She’s always smiling, super enthusiastic, great at her job. Girl deserves a raise!

If I could give this store and company 0 star over all I would . The management is no help and has no idea what going on at this location. It’s very sad and disappointing . The GM sleeps in the lobby and they have mold in their kitchen . DO NOT EAT HERE

Employees didn't get my order right. They were moving cars forward to decrease there wait times while stacking us up. For absolutely NO reason. And walked my order out without any chance to check anything and literally got it wrong. Its two things in a bag. How difficult is that. This a pure fail on this entire organizations fault. I hate this place. Always have and when I need something to eat late this was my option and guess what they 100% failed AGAIN. Its everytime I go here its SOMETHING. You're making tacos for a billion dollar profit. How freakin hard can it really be.........
