Taco Bell

Visited the Dayton NV Taco Bell, using the drive thru, was so awful! The employee taking orders and at the pick up window, had the worst attitude. She was very rude, like we were bugging her and she was disgusted with us as customers.... In 40 years, she was the worst employee we have ever experienced.

Slow. Dont expect your food quick. Not sure how this taco bell gets a passing score by corpate. Pretty much such they go over the 21 point infractions.

Okay, I go there at 833 AM. The staff is friendly and professional. The food looks like the menu and tastes good. The restaurant is clean. Dining in is allowed and social distancing is followed. They have the good drink machines! Remote ordering and payment kiosks are available. Everything was perfect.

Every time I go into this Taco Bell, the flooring is disgusting, you can see food particles and discoloration from a really dirty mop. There is water leaking from the drink station. The screens to order are sticky, the tables, chairs, etc. everything is sticky. The bathrooms are always out of stock of the needs. It’s always dirty, to the point to where you can’t use them. The outside always has trash and grease In the parking lot. The most annoying experience every time I go, the manager is more of a dictator, and always cussing at the other staff members. She does not get in and help when it’s needed and she does not take orders when a guest walks up. She waits till someone else is available to do it. (Always someone that is already doing something) this Taco Bell is disgusting in so many

Very helpful young woman helped this old, nutty gal who'd never used their auto ordering! I was just just standing there and the girl behind the counter came right out and showed me how it worked. Thank you!
