Taco Bell

This taco bell was very busy when I came but I still got excellent service. I think the cashier's name was Shyla, she was very nice and helpful, she recommended I try the new Cantina grilled cheese burrito. 🔥 I was not disappointed. Place was clean, food came out quickly, and the staff was very nice, will definitely come back again.

Not sure what has changed? The last couple times ordered crunchy tacos at this location the bottoms stick to the wrapper and break open and yesterday not only were the bottoms messed up but the shells 4 out of 5 were in pieces!! Also, the fillings do not even fill 1/2 the shell. Quality and quanity has really gone downhill. Unfortunately, will not be doing business here anymore

OK so taco bell is now dead to me ! You walk in directly showed the dreaded kiosk. In a world full of ai cant we just keep a little humanity? I tried to place an order on it but couldn't find what I wanted on it! I asked for help he said just a minute I'll get somebody. Wasn't he somebody that could help me? Waited waited waited then somebody came out tried to make me use the dreaded kiosk. I said look ive had a crappy day i just wanted to get something to eat but I guess im not eating today ... ugh.... then somebody else came took my order and instead of the 3 tacos I wanted I got a taco and a chicken quesedia . Went back had to wait and wait and wait again. Taco bell just wants you to order and leave. They dont want to interact with customers anymore. We were in a hurry so I didn't have

Went here March 8th approximately 3ish pm...the place looked like it was closed..barely anyone there...went to counter and asked who I thought was a manager went by me and I said I'd like to order at counter..she just walked away..and another person told me HAVE to use the kiosk..well I'm old now...don't like kiosk I need to talk to the employees...I wanted one of those stuffed churro's..someone (not an employee) helped but could not FIND the churro bites that are being advertised...since the help seems to not care or want to help...I WILL NOT be going back to this place EVER!!!

I chose drive through pickup in the app because it is available. We arrived at the restaurant and waited five minutes before we were served. Then gave the name for the order and waited five more minutes where they then asked again what we wanted, and told them again we are picking up. We were then informed we had to go inside because they had drive through orders to fulfill. We asked why we needed to go inside and the female on the speaker said “just park and come inside”. There were a line of door dashers waiting and we were told that even though our food was ready we had to wait until all the door dashers were served. I wound up waiting close to 25 minutes for a drive through pickup order that should have been easy, but was informed that because there were other customers, I had to wait
