Taco Bell

The only time this tacobell is good is after 10pm. I just waited in lobby for a kiosk order for nearly 20 minutes for a lukewarm burrito and and gordita crunch. Photo below to see how burrito was wrapped. This isnt a one off thing if I dont come here between the hours of 10pm and 2 am im getting bad service with bad/cold food. If the drive thru is slammed dont go inside, You'll just have to wait even longer. (Edit: grammar)

The service was exceptional, the presentation. The optics in the facility were four and five stars. The food was great minus one little tweak that could be made and that would be the rice in my burritos Weore a tad bit undercooked and stiff. Other than that, I was very placed.

My chalupa bread is so hard it could break my tooth. Very disappointed i spent 23.88 order number 522 on 12/16/25 , I need the owner to make this right. If i didn't live so far away I'd bring this shit back. I feel like yall stole my money, hard as this chalupa bread is ......

I had an online order,and picked it up through the drive thru. When I got home I opened the cantina chicken bowl and it had very little rice, maybe a spoonful of black beans. Really lite on everything accept the guacamole. It wasn't even half full. I hate spending money only to get ripped off. Very disappointed. I had to find something else to eat at home.

The inside dining area not only had food and grease all over all the tables, it looks as if they have never used cleaning products or soap and water on the tables, seats, ajoining pieces and floors. Most disgustingly dirty place I have ever had the displeasure to dine in!
