the workers are extremely disrespectful. they do not know how to work through difficult situations nor know how to empathize with a customer. have had several hang on me without even communicating a resolution or an alternative to calm the customer down - including the manager. the entire store needs a retreating as well as revise my of their employees. I could’ve been someone in the training department calling to see how they progressed and their actions proved otherwise. All of them need fired and replaced. They have poor public skills nd less than average skill on how to deal with the public. Would give a zero if i could. Every time me or anyone i know comes to this taco bell it’s wrong. they never give you a receipt and the one time we make sure we asked for one they say that we ordered it a certain way that we definitely didn’t, then management proceeded to make us pay for the thing we wanted in addition to what they “heard” us order. came here for my official last time tonight, spent over $30 and ordered a total of 3 supreme tacos and they all came plain and tried a new “dipping burritos” and this is what we got as a $10 meal?? everything was cold and dry (no sauces that were supposed to be on the items). this is so crazy to me, every manager we’ve ever talked to always have attitude. terrible food and even worse management 👎

Chalupa came with a bite taken out of it. Workers forgot 3 items from our order and had an entire meeting inside about giving them to us after we did not have them. Workers were rudely staring at us as we left. Never going back to that place.

Good food, friendly service, I only did 4 stars cause our first visit the girl at the window was rude. Update: This restaurant is starting lose their game faces. This is the second time in 2 months that the Clintwood Taco Bell has messed up on our order. This time it was pathetic, you get paid hourly why rush? How can you serve two of the exact same items differently and look at that craftsmanship of cheese and tomatoe. If there's a shortage on cheese and tomatoes tell your customers, or go back to the cooler/walk in and get more out even if you have to cut it. Again you get paid by the hour no need to rush, if you was making commission you wouldn't be making much money with a sales pitch like this.

2nd time to this taco bell. First ordered quesidilla was supposed to light sauce. It was light steak instead. Like 1 or 2 pieces per slice. Over cooked my ordinary shell. Today was the second time.. and beef loaded nachos is loaded with b eans, barely any meat, but a ton of chips. Tonight, my light sauce was over sauce on the quesidilla.. and the tortilla is burnt.
