Taco Bell

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for YEARS and it’s had decent customer service. Food is messed up sometimes but not always. But tonight (2/24/26) the girl at the window named paisley was absolutely phenomenal! Nicest employee I have met and talked to at this location! She made the experience phenomenal

I ordered nachos from Taco Bell and what I received was honestly disgusting. When I opened the box, everything was completely smashed together into one messy pile. The cheese, guacamole, meat, and sour cream were just smeared everywhere with no chips left intact. It looked like it had been shaken, dropped, or sat on. For the price I paid, this is not what a fresh order should look like. No presentation, no care, and definitely not appetizing. I couldn’t even eat it.

Went through the drive through tonight, the girl with the pretty purple hair has fabulous customer service. We left the drive through with all of our food, a fork, napkins, straw, sauces and my very important cup of crunchy ice. Very nice job young lady!

I usually avoid this location due to poor quality but tonight completely changed that for me! I’ve never gotten such fast service at Taco Bell, and tonight it was extremely fast! I went around 6:00 pm. The guy at the window was super nice, and it was the best quality Taco Bell I’ve ever had! Everything was exactly right, hot and fresh, loaded and not skimpy, and just delicious!

the manager is extremely rude, he would not give us more than 1 sauce cuz he said “this is where we loose our money” and was very arrogant and not friendly, i would never treat my customers like this. and when i got my crunch wrap it had the thinnest layer of beef ever, you guys lost a loyal customer.
