Taco Bell

Wanted eat in, packed to go. That’s fine, interesting no fork, no napkins. Requested several hot sauce packets, not in bag. Ordered the chicken bowl, it was filled about half with very few ingredients. Had to clean my own table. I will pick another Taco Bell next time

I ordered a soft taco supreme and was asked if I wanted it spicy. I didnt know that meant they were going to fill it jalapeno.. if I would have known :/ I called and the "manager" and she asked if I wanted to come back. She didn't offer to reimburse me for another time, she also mentioned she was who took my order and recalled I wanted it " spicy". Next time as management you should address that "spicy" means a ton of jalapeno so that the costumer understands. I haven't been to this location in a long time but this experience reminds me why .. :/ uggggh

Extremely dirty inside the building, food took over 30 minutes to get to me from the drive in window. Then food wasnt even right and they still missed 3 items and everything else was freezer cold when i gotten it so horrible location. Need new management and all new employees.

Why does this location serve yesterdays items. Half of the meal is hard and baked beyond consumption. This has happened twice in the last 3 weeks. Management needs to address this, as spending $15 on a meal and only being able to consume a 1/3 of such is ridiculous to say the least!

This Christmas Eve at this Taco Bell location was a bust!! The quality control, missing items ordered, and rude personnel was the worst overall experience we have ever had with Taco Bell. Management refused to satisfy their customer when we called in minutes after receiving order, and denied to remake, and, refund due to dissatisfaction, unsat. Please, somebody provide this location some training on quality control of both food, and service, immediately. And not to allow personnel who take drive thru orders to tender, to both, cash handling and food preperation, that is simply disgusting.
