Taco Bell

The slowest moving Taco Bell ever!!!! I’ve been here a few times and every time you are in the drive through for 30-minutes, MINIMUM!! One of the last times I left the line, drove to the one closer to I-94, got my food and drove back and I would’ve been a car closer in the line if I stayed. Tonight, my wife picked up Taco Bell for us and was in line for another 30+ minutes. When she got home, we were missing a few items we paid for. She went back there to get them and wanted to order an additional item and was told “well I can’t give you the other item for free”. She never asked for it to be free, but don’t act like the other food you were giving us was “for free” either, as we already paid for it but never got it. It took another 30-40 minutes to get these items. Almost 90 total

Taco bell worker Megan does not have a clue on how to count back change. When I advised her about the mistake she said oh it's only a dollar. Then she said it's the machine mistake. I wanted to ask her about the machine in her head. I asked for a receipt because she didn't give me one. She had someone else give it to me. This is not good customer service and I will be contacting corporate. I will not be back to this location.

This Taco Bell needs to be closed until a full and capable staff is available! No customer should have to wait an hour plus to receive their order! It’s also wildly unacceptable to expect a staff of 4 whole people (2 mind you who are the only ones actually putting food orders together) to keep up with the over flow of online orders door dash orders drive thru orders and walk in orders! Do not go here unless you have an hour to kill to wait for your food!!!

for the 2nd time in a few months, i went through the drive threw and the line took about 40 min to get through. the lady at the window asked for my order #, which thats not even given to us. shes slow and doesnt seem to know what shes doing. i was told it was only her and her manager working.. So it seems that they were cooking your order as you pulled up to the pick up window. They obviously have a huge issue at this taco bell. i will NOT go back! several cars got tired of waiting in line and left.

I never usually complain about things because I also work in the food service industry but this is just unacceptable. Every time I go to this location my quesadilla is always not cooked. Tonight I went to get food after work and this was the quality of my food. Cheese not melted and taco just thrown into the bag so I when I picked it up nothing was in it and all the toppings were at the bottom of the bag. I get that I did come later at night but considering closing time is 2am my food should not have looked like this. I can look past maybe once or twice but this is like the TENTH time this has happened to me and it’s ridiculous.
