Taco Bell

Very nice staff! Like super nice! The food was good too! I love Taco Bell. I tried the new Steak and Poblano Quesadilla. Bomb like everything else!

Purchased the new mini taco salad and ask for extra beef and was charged an extra $1and only had a half of teaspoon of beef in the salad. Not worth the money!

Christmas Eve they posted their hours that they are open till 7pm. Go in the drive thru at 6:28, teller starts to say “May I take your order” and start to take my daughters order and dropped her and said “Merry Christmas and happy new years. We are closing early “ Order was not taken. Called and spoke with Debbie the manager. She said yea we are closing early. I asked for her bosses name and instructed she won’t be available til Monday. From a customer standpoint point, will not be returning to this establishment. From a GM of a fast food restaurant, might want to check in on those asst manage that think they choose the time to close the store. I popped in on my manager just 30 min before our store closed!!!!!!

I really miss the Mexi-melt and I want Nacho fries to be a regular item on the menu. But, since I can’t have the two things I like, I get soft tacos. It was good and didn’t cause me any stomach aches. I wish it was a little hotter for the cheese to melt. The drive thru line moved fast and the staff were extremely polite. I started to give three stars, but remembered how nice the staff was and made it four.

Is there a cheese shortage? There was so little cheese in my burrito that I asked for cheese on the side. Is there a black shortage? Where are they black beans in my Cantina Bowl? Please train better...
