Taco Bell

I ordered 2 cheesy rollups with chipotle, got no sauce and my cheese was cold and not melted. Ordered gordita crunch and same thing cold and not melted. Also the staff seem incredibly rude, nobody smiles, and everyone has a bad attitude. Plus I was told they won't remake because to them they did it "right". Come on down better.

I come here almost every day for lunch, and I am always treated with the best service from staff and management! The food is great with her being so many options. I find myself coming back all the time. I also love to bring my daughter when it’s my day off and The lobby is always clean and the people are always friendly! Thank you, Taco Bell in Cheboygan For being my favorite lunch spot!

Won't be going here anymore. The last two times I've ordered a breakfast crunch wrap, it's been cold and hard. **Update** Against my better judgment I went back to this taco bell and once again was very disappointed. I ordered a crispy chicken taco and what I received was not what was pictured on the drive thru menu (see photos). When the cashier handed me my bag it felt way too light for what I ordered so I opened the bag and it is indeed not what I had ordered and I told her that and she had the audacity to argue with me that it's the only taco they have... Is that so?! Then why is the taco pictured on the menu full of different ingredients and the only thing that is on my taco is chicken, cheese and sauce? The Cheboygan Taco Bell is the second worst taco bell I have been to. Every time I order they get something wrong. There has not been one perfect order. The food is messy and not prepared good. This store has to get their act together or i can see the store closing. If you order though the app and get doordash to deliver it, if taco bell messes up on your order and you are missing stuff, they will just tell you to contact doordash. Like why they messed up not doordash.

Literally threw out my entire order. I ordered two cheesy rollups, add beef. Picture attached of what I got. A cold tortilla with sprinkled (not melted) cheese, no beef. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and tried two bites before throwing it out. It was the worst I've ever had. Total waste of money. Should have read the reviews before I went because it seems everyone has horrible experiences here.
