Taco Bell

The service is always super friendly. It's super close to my house, and as a night shift employee, this is beneficial and a go-to spot for me. Unfortunately, my food is always messed up in some fashion. My order is consistently missing something or made incorrectly. At 12 a.m., I don't want to cause a scene or create a problem with hardworking staff. It is always busy, so I'm understanding; I just wish I had a better experience. I will be hopeful this improves as I return in the future.

Multiple times now I've waited 20+ minutes for food. Sometimes there was barely any meat in it or the food was just wrong. Today I waited an hour, 60 full actual minutes, in drive thru at Taco Bell. Had I not checked in already and paid through the app, I would have left. Completely ridiculous. After giving them multiple chances, it's unlikely ill ever come here again. The only bonus is how nice their window staff is.

Food was good, but the customer service from one specific employee has been rude on multiple occasions. Twice she gave me attitude — once for coming inside to pick up my order instead of using the drive-thru, and another time when there was confusion about whether I needed to give my name or the code. Instead of explaining it clearly, she responded in a disrespectful way. I understand everyone has bad days, but this has happened more than once. The food is good, but the service from this employee needs improvement.

Shoutout to Chad and Travis for showing up and delivering great service right after the snowstorm. Drive-thru was fast, the food was perfectly made (mods and all), and honestly some of the best Taco Bell I’ve had. Huge kudos for staying polite and on point in tough conditions.

We went through the drive-through at Taco Bell and waited an extremely long time for our food. When we finally received it, the order was completely wrong. We politely let the staff know, then waited again for the correct order. When we received the replacement, one of our items was missing. We mentioned it, and an employee named Steven came out to “double-check.” The missing item was a quesadilla that had been smashed at the very bottom of the bag and was difficult to see because it was essentially integrated into the bag. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Steven was extremely rude. He pulled the quesadilla from the bottom of the bag, said, “It’s right here—I know y’all are just trying to get free food,” threw the bag back at us, and slammed the window shut. This was an
