Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell and always have, since the early 90's. That said the last 10 years Taco Bell has been a disappointment. This Taco Bell reminded me of the good years! The employees were sincerely focused on customer service and accuracy and my order was perfect! I felt like I got what I paid for which never happens at Taco Bell anymore. This location is amazing and I will drive out of my way to eat at this location! I also want to say that the store was clean and the employees seemed happy to be there which says a lot any the management at the location.

Definition of "absurdity. " Go in, met by a nice person who asks if she can help me with ordering on the kiosk. I say, "I'd rather you help me at the register. " She says they are not allowed to help at the register, so she stays with me until I have ordered 2 items. She asks if that completed my order. I said no, I would like a senior soft drink. She says, sorry, but you can't order Sr drinks at the kiosk, but she can order it for me at the register. (Absurd) Then asks if that's all. Me: yes. I place the order and choose "pay with cash " and she then says she can help me with cash payment at the register! (Absurd) But I HAD to use the kiosk!! Absurd!!🤣🤣🤣

Went to lunch today around 1:00. We had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to notice we were at the counter to order. While waiting we noticed the lobby was a disaster. We mentioned it to the young man when we ordered. He said , we just had a bunch of kids in and they left. We went to get our drinks and it was a mess. The drink station hadn't been checked in some time. While waiting for our order, we noticed an employee walking by the mess in the lobby. She looked at it as she passed and went and sat down, maybe on break. We got our food and ate. We spent about 30 minutes, enjoying our food and waiting to see if anyone would tend to the mess. The young man that took our order came out and picked up a couple of sauce packets off the table and that was it. We left about 1:45, mess still on

the man working the drive through on 12/02/2025 at 7:40pm wouldn't let me finish my order, as I was trying to tell him not to include something that I am allergic to, he was talking over me demanding to know the drink. The same man never asks what sauces you want and is very rude.

An elderly couple walked out because they stood in front of the register waiting for someone to help them, the kiosk is to hard for them to use. You could see the crew behind just walking around playing around and no one even asked the customer if the needed help, is a shame 😕
