Taco Bell

I must say this Taco Bell location has improved with their customer service and food. I just came through the drive thru placed my order and I ask for a few extras for my food and the girl was the sweetest could be! I love her for that. I also complimented her for her kindness she had a puffy bun. I wish I could’ve gotten her name, but thank you so much you made my night.☺️

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and it sucks that it’s the only one that’s closest to me. They don’t know how to read orders correctly. I’ve never gotten a single order from them that was correct EVER. Don’t even bother trying to customize your food, cuz they’ll just get it wrong everytime. How hard is it to NOT put beans in a burrito?? It’s apparently EXTREMELY difficult for them. I’m always missing food items and receiving wrong orders. I’m just going to order from a Taco Bell further away from now on cuz it’s literally so ridiculous for them to be this incompetent.

Location is a bit inconvenient. This is a Taco Bell so the food is similar to other Taco Bell’s. It took a long time for them to fill my order even tho I was the only one in the store. They skimped on the lettuce but overall one of the better TBs in the area

First off the food was not good. We ordered a box of tacos, half soft half crunchy. And a nacho bell grande. The meat in the Tacos was spicy. My wife was the first to eat and she complained that it was spicy and didn’t taste like the normal taco bell tacos. I tried one and they were in fact spicy. It wasn’t bad to me because i don’t mind spicy food but we didn’t order anything spicy and my wife cant eat spicy food. The Nacho Bell Grande was tiny in comparison to the ones I had received in the past. Overall we did not enjoy the food or the visit.

Well it appears they are understaffed! But what Im Assuming is corporate has applied these POS systems to eliminate staff and lower spending on their end. The over all experience wasn't that bad, they only had three ppl total and the line was long even though they do not have to directly take a customers order in the dinning area it's still overwhelming to have to handle everything! If you've never worked in this type of settings you wouldn't understand! I do infact and honestly they did a great job keeping up!!! They all three need A raise and shame on corporate for their failed attempts to save a dollar! Staff were nice store was clean and it took awhile for the food but with me and my understanding that was ok I get it!!! Hats off to the night crew they did great job considering
