Taco Bell

A cozy little spot nestled within a quaint small town. Inside, I encountered self-service computers for placing orders, which I admittedly dislike. However, as soon as I had trouble, someone promptly assisted me. The restaurant offered fresh, quick meals, and the atmosphere was exceptionally clean.

Very kind manager and employees. The environment was clean and neat, with a clear view of the kitchen—which looked extremely well-run and spotless. I even saw an employee wipe down the stainless steel after every single order. It might seem excessive, but I genuinely appreciate that level of care. They also got my very picky online order exactly right, no complaints at all. I removed the beans, added sauce, asked for light sour cream, and had fries added to a burrito—and they nailed it, fast and accurate.

Made it to the store before the closing hours posted on the door (I worked for this company before so I know the policy isn’t that you get to close 5 minutes early) all the lights were on and the menu too.. They let me sit in the drive thru for five minutes and wouldn’t answer me until the time ran out, then they just shut the lights off and pretended I wasn’t out there waiting. If you want your hours to be 5-10 minutes before what you post on the door then just post that… don’t lie to customers about your hours because you’re eager to rush out the door at the end of the day. That’s the kinda disrespect that looses return customers. This happened 2/2/26 right before close…

Every time I go to this Taco Bell there is always something wrong. Whether it’s forgetting to put something in the bag/box that I PAY for or they don’t minus things off that I clearly asked for.

I really appreciate the staff. Very helpful. But Corporate, please hear me: Your drink menu is Extremely Confusing ☹️ No Pepsi mentioned, just lots of drinks I’ve never heard of. Please let us have Vernors at this location. It will make you Stick Out, and get more orders.
