Taco Bell Cantina

Definitely a disappointment. Was excited to learn they replaced Blaze Pizza, but the cost is more for less food than other Taco Bell places. Better off going to highland or Vernon Hills for a place that’s new and serves better food. Wish I could give a 0 stars. They also forgot to give drinks since it’s a kiosk only area. Avoid at all cost. Better off going to a different fast food chain. They also up the cost from other Taco Bell chains. Also go nacho fries. Might as well call it nacho less fries. All other reviews at this place are just paid reviews. Look at the food I’ve received, they look terrible (both undercooked and tossed around with no care and no ingredients). Take this review as a Taco Bell connoisseur who has visited and eaten at more Taco Bell’s than most people.

Really bad experience smells terrible, there was multiple cockroaches. The service was really bad two workers gave us bad looks for no reason. The food is mostly cold and stale. The drinks are always watered down. The bathrooms are always dirty. Never going back. I dont recommend.

They kicked me out for no reason, they said i left my food but thats not true. I would like justice for this, especially because me and two other black people only got kicked out. This is racially motivated and i NEED justice.

Slow as molasses They are not cooking the food from scratch or even frying the protein. They are simply putting food on top or wrapped. Waited 10 minutes for pre prepared food. And there is a mop bucket and pail in dining area. Old Taco Bell was WAY better

Don’t order on Sunday nights. I’ve had pretty good experiences at this location for fast food but today sucked. The restaurant was dirty and everything was made poorly. Could tell that their oil was burnt so everything was burnt. We ordered jalapeños, which cost extra, to only get 3 on anything. To top it off, the bag broke the moment we exited the building and it was just not a good experience overall. Everything was lacking.
