Taco Bell

I eat here more often than I’d like to admit. Everyone here has a pretty solid attitude and personality. I don’t think I’ve ever had my order messed up in any way in the hundreds of times I stop for lunch after work. Inside is normally pretty clean on the few occasions I do actually go inside. And service is always super fast. One of the better Taco Bell’s I’ve been to.

Customer service was INCREDIBLE. Let’s be real, if you’re going to Taco Bell you probably know what to expect from the food, but this service team takes it above and beyond. Each time I come here I feel warmly welcomed and quickly helped. Taco Bell makes up about a third of all my meals, and this one stands out as truly spectacular

Just a horribly ran business! I like Taco Bell but recently the customer service has just gone way down hill. Not all the employees but the few that obviously hate their lives love to put customers down. That I have witnessed and experienced. The reason I’m posting this is I asked to change the flamin hot burrito in the 9$luxe box and she refused to make the order how I wanted it! And just had a bad attitude about it. Management i hope you make some changes.

The worst meal i have ever had at Taco Bell. I had the crispy chicken avocado ranch burrito. And a cheesy fiesta potato bowl 1st make the food like the picture on the menu. 2nd the chicken was so overcooked, it was hard and difficult to break apart by chewing it. 3rd the potatos were undercooked. 4th and lastly they didn't give me a receipt. I mistakenly assumed it would be in the bag when she didn't hand it to me. Normally i would have asked for it. But it has been a long day and I'm tired.

This place can never seem to get my order right and I've had to return and get the items that are missing from my meals. Can't tell you the number of times that I ordered steak as well and I only received chicken or nothing at all. I went back to let them know and say that it keeps happening to which I was rudely told. What do you want me to do about it? And they gave me three vouchers for a free Taco.
