DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Waited 10 minutes at the register before any worker even said a word to me, then grumpily told me if I wanted to place an order I needed to use the kiosk. I can’t see very well to be able to use the screen on the kiosk and told them that I wanted to talk to someone to place my order. There were only a few cars in the drive through but they told me that they were too shorthanded with 3 people to take my order at the register. Oh so I guess anyone who is in the drive through takes priority over a customer who actually takes the time to park and come into the dining room to order? They didn’t care, so I left. I live next to this Taco Bell and every time I go I feel disappointed. I normally use the drive through but the short haired woman who usually works the window is Very unpleasant. Every time. This time I went inside and stood at the counter for 15 minutes and the employees didn’t even look in my direction. I ordered on the kiosk after the long wait for acknowledgment. 5 minutes later the employees were scrambling trying to figure out where this order goes that was sitting by the window. I was at the counter. I had to tell them it was my order and then I had to ask for my drink. I’ve worked in customer service for a decade and this place has many red flags. Very unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!! This is the 2nd time that I have placed almost $40 orders at this location and received absolute trash. The 1st time this happened ordered through the app hoping everything would be correct and when I made it home my family started opening everything so that we could eat and immediately noticed everything was cold, not prepared correctly, the 7-8 tacos were LITERALLY over half empty, the $6 chalupas were so hard, tough and stale that they crumbled like a taco shell. I was livid and immediately drove back to the restaurant and complained and the managers was extremely apologetic and prepared the entire meal over again CORRECTLY so I refrained from leaving a bad review in hopes that it was an isolated incident and that the employees would be retrained

usually this taco bell is pretty good, but for some reason today, the food was not good. and the service? wow. i got my order, looked in both boxes and there was no sauce in either of them. I asked the guy at the window for sauce (looked like a manager) and he told me there was sauce in the bottom of the boxes. there wasn't. I asked for sauce again, same answer. I then asked again and proceeded to get sauce shoved at me. was not happy.

I ordered 2 Taco party packs. Got home and not ONE of the 24 tacos had ANY shredded cheese. Called and asked for the manager only to be told “that’s odd” and that since it’s the LAST topping they can’t remake my food, but I CAN drive back up there from home and they would give me a couple of cups of cheese….to put on what would THEN be cold food! I have shredded cheese at my house, but if that’s how you handle a mistake on YOUR PART… I will stop elsewhere.
