Taco Bell

We stopped here on Saturday after a day at Silver Dollar City. It was quite late but they have late night hours and they were pretty busy. We decided to order inside since the drive thru was backed up but when we went inside I was surprised they only had self serve kiosks to order at and there was a long wait for pickups too. The kiosks were a little tricky to use but once we placed our order I was surprised that even with the wait inside and in the drive thru the employees managed to get all the orders including ours out within 10-15 min. Our orders were fresh and correct except sauces were missing but we were able to get our own. The dining room was very spacious and pretty clean, and even the bathrooms were nice for a fast food restaurant. I would go back if we needed a late night meal

We haven't eaten at Taco Bell for several years but after a long day and seeing a commercial we went...okay, let's do it. My Burrito Supreme was lukewarm and its tortilla was chewy. My first Chalupa was cold AND wet on one side (how?), the second Chalupa (pictured) was thin and chewy and absolute garbage. The Taco Supreme (pictured) was almost empty but at least it was hot I guess? And we only got two napkins with this $37 bag of absolute mess. No wonder people aren't eating fast food nowadays, the quality is garbage and they're charging sit-down restaurant prices. But this was a great reminder for why we stopped eating at this chain. I will **NEVER** spend a dime at any Taco Bell ever again.

Had a 5 star experience at this location, while visiting. The food was fresh, the drinks were strong, as if the filter had just been cleaned, we received plenty of fire sauce, and food tasted really good! Thank you!

This is the cleanest, nicest and quickest fast food place I've ever been to. These bad comments should all be void. All the girls here have a smile on their face no matter what time of day it is! All the guys are very polite and respectful. No issues EVER in the three years I've been coming to this Taco Bell.

For how expensive these nacho fries have gotten I’m really disappointed. They were either old or burnt, and barely half way filled up. Haven’t been to this location in a while and will NOT be back!
