Always the quickest drive through and great ladies working the window and front counter! Love stopping here for lunch. AND this Taco Bell and the Taco Bell on Stockwell road are the only ones I can order a chalupa from and it not be old and stale!

Seems like they got all new staff. Less talking more working. Got my food fast and it tastes great! Good for Taco Bell getting a new staff, the old one was horrible.

Asked for no sour cream and they still put it on my 5 layer burrito. They were super slow tonight.

The customer service at this location was extremely poor. The older woman working the front counter with the thick dreadlocks or braids was openly hostile toward both customers and coworkers. She appeared angry about having to do her job, berated people, and was throwing cups and straws while being short and disrespectful to everyone. In addition, the rest of the staff avoided facing the public altogether. Customers are not acknowledged at the counter—you can stand there for 30 minutes or more without anyone coming to assist you. Despite having a designated mobile pickup rack, mobile orders were kept at the drive-thru instead, creating unnecessary confusion and delays. Staff is to worried about messing around then taking an order correctly. Out order was messed up no pico on the tacos broken taco shells no napkins and no sauce! Get it together people!
