Today, my husband ordered beef and I ordered chicken, but they put hot peppers in my chicken, and I can’t tolerate spicy food for health reasons. I thought I had mixed something up, but when I looked at the receipt, I saw that they had mixed it up. I am very upset. I was left hungry, and now my stomach hurts and I have spots around my mouth.😡😡😡 I order frequently, but this is the first time such an error has occurred.
Boy oh boy where do I even begin? A few weeks ago me and my mujer came to this establishment to satisfy our hunger. Upon arriving the interior was very clean and organized. The ordering process was smooth and orderly and the staff member gave me an EXTRA FREE TACO!!! Like meet me in the back or whatever but he was great and we ate so good!!! Would come again 🤤🤤🤤
Placed an order at 10:10. Waited at the drive-thru for 20 minutes to get my food. Got the breakfast box a sausage taco and burrito. The food was average, but the hashbrowns I received were inedible. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.
A very good and well run Taco Bell location
Food was messy and made slowly. Staff was uncoordinated, gave out wrong change, and had consistent difficulty taking orders. Pictures below is one of the many "manager assists."
