Taco Bell

Picked up our order immediately when it was ready. The Chalupas were rock hard. This could make folks sick. Someone is handing out food that has been sitting too long. The folks that took a bite of these - feel ill. We are saving in the freezer incase anyone gets sick and, reporting to corporate. These should have never been handed out this way. I am concerned about others as well, being served food this old. I want others to be aware. Whatever employee handled these out, needs to be talked to.

Terrible service. Lobby is closed and you have to queue on the drive through, even when you order online in advance... So the queue is 10-13 cars longs, all the way to the outside street. Waste of time, resources and energy 🙃

Absolutely terrible service I ordered a Crunch wrap supreme and taco Both had zero meat on them. Obviously, you hate your life because you work at fast food, but instead of ruining other people‘s nights go live under a bridge. The manager of this place needs to fix this…. It was 10pm…. Fired.

Yeah this location is cooked. I ordered ahead on the app because that’s supposed to speed up the process - that backfired. On par with what some recent reviews have mentioned, when I showed up to pick up my food, the lobby doors were locked. My order was made and just sitting there on the counter, so I knocked on the glass only to be met with an employee motioning a “steering wheel” to me, suggesting I’m to get in the 20 car drive-thru line in order to pick up my already made order. Awesome. So, I hopped in line, and 30 minutes later I finally made it to the window and received my order. I asked why the lobby was closed, and they claimed that they were short staffed even though the kitchen was packed with at least 10 employees. This location is again randomly closed (2:00pm Monday) with zero online updates or even a note on the door. This location just a few months ago was the fastest and most reliable Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. But now unreliable service hours even at 8:00pm on a Friday or Saturday is the norm. Lobby closed which backs up the drive thru.. Sad to see.
