Worst Taco Bell to go to. Save yourself and stay away, the service here is the worst I have ever seen. It's honestly really sad because the manager of this location used to do really well at the other location, and I don't know what happened or why the manager/management went so far downhill. Gosh guys, please try and do better, you're literally the reason I hardly ever go to taco bell anymore.
To whoever is cooking up the burritos at 6pm on Sunday GIVE THEM A RAISEEEE. The burrito I got was absolutely perfection. Wrapped neatly & pefect ingredient ratios. Truly, god bless. You deserve everything good this life has to offer. I ATE THAT SHI UPPPP
Customers are nice, but the drive thru speed is the slowest of any drive thru fast food in town, and consistently is. The quality they put into making the food is going down hill fast. I know its fast food, but there should still be effort into putting the food together. Just a mess, especially when trying to eat in the car. I wouldn't recommend it.
The food is standard taco bell food, nothing special, but the customer service here is consistently the worst that I've ever experienced at any taco bell. This is the only place that I've ever been interrupted to try to upsell on what is supposed to be cheap tacos. Today I was called rude by an employee in the drive through for asking for my food without add-ons. When I got to the window there was no one behind me and they basically threw my food at me. When I have tried to go inside to eat they ignored me and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a single soft taco. I will always try to find another location or place to eat if I can. Editing this to say that they didn't even get my order right when I got home to eat it.
Food was mediocre nothing special about it. Customer service was very poor , the lady in the cashier was not friendly at all, other staff were rude as well. The hygiene was very poor. The toilets were stinky and garbage bags were full . I would NOT recommend it, and I would never come back. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 very poor management!
