Taco Bell

We stopped at the Chippewa, PA Taco Bell the afternoon following the huge snowstorm. We placed an order online, so we knew they were open, but when we got there, there hadn’t been a single attempt from the store owner to plow the parking lot or drive thru. Our truck got stuck in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes because it’s impossible to cancel an online order once you place it, so when we got to the window, we were given our food by the sweetest girl!! She then told us the 2-3 employees working that day were being threatened with termination if they didn’t show up, they were forced to park at Applebee’s next door and walk through a foot of snow to open the store, and we saw an employee walking to the nearest hardware store to purchase another shovel because they employees have been ou

"Jim" the manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate. A slow evening 8:58pm during tonight's snow, I was told very shitty that I had to come inside until 3am due to doordash. They weren't busy they had 1 vehicle in the drive thru other than myself. I just had surgery if I wanted to walk in I would've to come pick up the stupid order. How hard is it to hand it thru a window?

One or two pieces of 2" chicken on my Chalupa's, very disappointed, no value anymore. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell as it was not worth the 21 dollars of bread and vegetables that I got out of it. Never had such lack of food at a Taco Bell, but the mango ice tea was delicious at least there is that.

I have no clue why your tacos taste nothing like tacos. I've made them so many times and at no time they tasted like today. Not good at all. Next time I'm thinking fast food. I will pass. That was beyond nasty...

Absolute rip off way over priced so called food. Two 2 inch pieces of chicken on each taco, all lettuce, cheese and no meat. I will not be returning and I reminded myself why I don't go to Taco Bell anymore.
