I had started my night thinking about Taco Bell. then I met Justin. Justin was the Goodest Boy. Gave me extra sauce, Redid my order when I needed it most. And showed nothing but compassion for a real one.
Crazy.. you need a better system. You also have TWO drive thrus 😩 plus how come a woman got to go in at 2:30?!! Lol it’s okay if she was a worker but SHEESH was online for 30 minutes
I came to pick up my delivery order. The waiting time was unreasonably long, and the staff couldn't confirm whether my order was ready. I waited for 50 minutes. Customers who came after me to pick up their delivery orders or placed orders on the spot were served and left, while my order was still not ready. I request that measures be taken to address the excessive waiting times and improve order processing.
If you like Taco Bell then you’ll line this Taco Bell. It’s been recently renovated with plenty of parking, a nice drive in and ample dining space. It’s fast food and nothing more. If you’re in a rush or craving junk, you come here. Know what to expect and you won’t be disappointed.
The wait time! It’s crazy? What do you mean I entered at 7:30 and get my food at 8:00? What! There aren’t even sorry for their service? You have to remind them to give it smh
