Taco Bell

The staff are very nice, but they don't seem to care if you are allergic to ingredients and very nicely ask that they be omitted. We went in the night before and had to wait quite a while to get our food so we got free taco vouchers for tacos that cost $1.99 but we asked if we could use it for tacos that cost $1.69 and were told no. Then, when the ingredients for the approved substitute weren't available, they offered the cheaper option and then put cheese and dairy sauce on both of the free items after we walked 30 minutes to get the tacos... we did not notice until we opened the bag and realized we could not eat our food... and, if they gave us vouchers for the wrong order, then those vouchers are no good to replace the items we can eat. The system is flawed, and it just meant more food

This place has improved quite a bit over the last year. It was very, very common (for me at least) to get the wrong order or just be missing items. Sometimes the whole meal. Over the last several months though, its been good. The quality is what you'd expect from Taco Bell and I've pretty consistently been getting exactly what I ordered. No real complaints anymore.

I was overly impressed by an employee there who made my taco so nicely. I'm always on the go and to get an order that I could open up and it not sloppy and messy was so awesome. I was surprised on how much I appreciated that. I believe her name was Natalia. I hope I got that right, so thank you!!

They got one of my items wrong i wanted extra fried potatoes I didnt get it and i ordered extra cheese on them and I didnt get it i asked for no sour cream and they put sour cream on it

I waited at least 15 min for in the drive through line after placing an online order. My food seemed to be sloppily assembled and the bag was handed to me wet/grease on it.
