We waited 20 mins in the lobby tonight to get food that’s the slowest Taco Bell we have ever been too! Service was poor and food was nasty
You can't order from a person. You have to use the kiosk. Another customer had to help me with that. Very disappointed about that. Food slow coming out, but was good.
Pulled up to drive thru,and was asking about the value box,to see if i could get soft tacos instead of hard shell,and the girl in the drive thru was super rude and just said,READ THE BOARD, and laughed!! Then didnt have the guys to wait on me ,sent a guy to the window. Nice customer service from a rude brat that doesnt need to work with the public!!! Pathetic that we cant have a new restaurant in town,without attitudes
Super excellent service that goes above and beyond the expectation for a fast food restaurant
Pacifically asked for Light jalapeño on my steak wrap ended up getting it. Every single bite had 5 to 6 jalapeños in it more jalapeños than steak. Also wanted to get some mild they never gave me no sauce Also not even a single Napkin Totally disappointed, would rather go back to McDonald’s
