I only came to do a review because it’s better to do a Google review than post on your local gossip page. Arkansas City, KS Taco Bell…do y’all need a new quesadilla cutter ?? Because the last several times it sure hasn’t been cut. 🤣 Otherwise the food was all correct, we got the entire order, without issue and every person was polite, I just thought maybe you guys need a new quesadilla cutter and this post may help you get one.

Got the new cheesy street chalupas. Two small tacos for 10+ dollars. They put three tiny pieces of steak and a couple pieces of corn& when we called to tell them there was nothing on the tacos they told us “that’s how we do things.” Also asked for no tomatoes on another item, got extra. Bad experience after bad experience. Lack of customer service & the comprehension to make tacos worth the $12.

Order b7ef63(order number 129) Ordered a number 1 comb,usually they ask me if I want supreme tacos when they didn't I said I wanted supreme tacos. The cashier a woman (not Mark H), asked me if I wanted a sauce I said mild sauce (ticket has 5 mild sauces) received none. At 1:45 pm they weren't busy I was the only one in line at the drive thru!

This place is a joke. The two chalupas shells that I got were not cooked. The 5 layer burrito came out as a bean and cheese burrito, which also only had enough filling to lightly flavor the tortilla. I was shorted a taco, we got handed 6 hot sauce packets for a party pack of tacos and a number 6, and we were not given any napkins which is a must for drive thru Taco Bell. Every damn taco shell was destroyed with cracks and three of them were almost completely empty of anything inside of them (meat cheese, lettuce, anything). I would have given negative stars if possible, but 1 start is the lowest I could go.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell I'm there for at least 20 minutes waiting for a small order restaurant won't even be busy drive-thru's not very busy every time I go in there I tell them something you know how they try to fix it by giving me free stuff I don't want nothing free I just want them to do their job get the food done
