Employee could not be bothered to stop doodling to assist us. Employees were parked in the handicapped space. No handicap placard or plate. Didn't wait to find out how they would screw up the order. 0out of 5 srars

So I called Taco Bell over here in Antioch, the one right next to McDonald's across from AMC theaters. And the guy's working here gave me some tacos to help me out because I was out here with no money because I don't get paid till 130. I told them and they were the only place to offer me free food to help me out. Because I'm working and you know who it was. It was a couple of great awesome. Hispanic, guys, you know, the same guys that everybody's trying to kick out of the country. Yeah, those guys were the only ones to give me anything out of 5 restaurants. You keep that in mind, these guys said come on, we'll give you something no problem. And you know what Taco Bell? This Taco Bell is the number one Taco Bell. I've ever been to these guys are amazing. My fries are always cold. It’s to a point where I have to ask for hot fries while placing my order, grant it they make it happen but it would waste less of my time & less of your product if they’re hot from the beginning. I won’t be back.

There are 2 stores that I've used, 1 in Brentwood the other in Antioch and the service is terrible at both. BRENTWOOD runs out of stuff,but the service is barely a bit better than Antioch. A few weeks ago I left my order without paying the wait was so long. I was sitting in the sun waiting. That girl didn't think to say, "I'll be with you shortly" I've been back once since sadly the service has not improved. Too bad I really like the chulupa.

Absolutely ridiculous food quality. Ordered a large order through a delivery service. The ENTIRE order was incorrect. Horribly assembled. Cold. One of the "tacos" was literally diced tomato. That's it. Obviously the employees have no regard for the customer receiving this food. The employees and management at this location are an absolute joke. DO NOT EAT HERE !!! Do yourself a favor and go 5 min down the road to another location.
