Taco Bell

My kids crave Taco Bell probably once a mo. But it's more of chore to order from here, Over the last 2yrs every time & I mean EVERY time, our order is messed up,missing items or both. This visit, when I went to pick up my order I asked if they would make sure and check 3 of our b&r burritos to make sure they didn't have any of those creamy sauces per my customization...they ended up remaking them and I appreciate that but when we got home and started eating the 2 crunch wraps that we had ordered were just lettuce, no meat. So they became trash. 😤

forgot my water!! nacho fries were unseasoned and unflavored, service was rude and didnt help with any of my questions 😡 terrible restaurant do not eat here! would never come back.

Service sucks. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito and I was met with a stupid dorito burrito??? Forgot my side of chips AND they love to not fill up the Baja blast freeze cups all the way and when you politely ask for them to fill them up, the man at the window will SNATCH the cup from you and tell you that it basically shrinks into the cup the longer it sits and that’s why there is so much space. Does he think I’m stupid??? He must think I’m stupid. I am not stupid Mr. Taco Bell Window Worker Man.

We usually go to this Taco Bell and it's usually good. Today's experience was very bad and it saddens me to see this location go downhill. We arrived to order the food to take out (we ordered inside) and as it has been typical of late, the people inside just ignore you forcing you to use one of their digital kiosks. I did so, and I ordered what we wanted, perhaps I forgot to get it to go, but it didn't work well. The receipt I requested via text never got to me, and I usually like printer receipts to prove what I order, but whatever. We get our food and they didn't include the drinks that were included and they didn't give us our packets of sauce. When I stand there to ask them for it, they ignore me.
