T-RAK’S Big Chicken and Seafood

We ordered a 8 piece mixed box with a small fries, onion rings, rice dressing and red beans (my wife wanted to sample their sides). H-U-G-E pieces of chicken (actually confused a thigh for a breast)! The stand out of the sides were the onion rings - they tasted beer battered with a certain sweetness! The chicken was very crunchy but still moist inside. Overall, pretty good! There was a 25 minute wait but it was a Friday night.

Great service, great employees. It's a good place to get together with friends or family to enjoy a meal. Stays busy, call in your order for best results.

Normally, our experience here has always been good until today. While eating a seafood platter, I found a piece of rusty wire with some partial white coating on it fried into an oyster. The two ladies working the register were apologetic for the incident but whoever they took it to in the back had zero concerns about it. So, Crispy Chicken in Marksville will never see my business again.

We stopped in at your restaurant back in 2015. It was the best food ever. Thank you for such amazing service and delicious food. The next time we come visit family we will plan to stop in for a bite. Thank you for feeding my hungry soldier. #armystrong

Took 4 EVER to get my PLATE LUNCH..... Don't know why . Especially since the Plate lunch was the meal of the day..... Don't know how they stay n business the way the ENTIRE SERVICE WAS... I don't plan on going back THERE ANYTIME SOON!!
